Group Classes

Group settings are our standard method of instruction. Students start off with a warm up which can include any combination of cardio, stretching, self-defense techniques and mirco-techniques/drills that get their bodies accustomed to the different movements and muscle memory associated with training Brazilian Jiu-Jistu.

Small Group Classes

Small group instruction is a great way to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a group of friends, family, or co-workers. Getting a great workout is always more fun when you’re with people you know. Spend some QUALITY time with the kids, get a few buddies together, or promote team building with your employees and colleagues.

Private Lessons

Private lessons may be booked on either 1/2 or full hour basis. Private instruction is for anyone who wants to “up” their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu game.
